Oh! I played the Nancy Drew PC games too xD I learned patience from those games...and I also learned how to take notes and be more attentive to information And for me my first experience with VNs was wonderful. I am really into role-playing stuff so even though no one really explained what a VN was to me...I still enjoyed it immensely.

I'm glad you liked them too! I have the whole collection...heh ^-^ So far. It's become a habit of my family's to give them to me every Christmas. They're way fun though; especially the newer Japanese one. You can make bentos in that one ^-^

Oh really!? You can make bentos? I haven't played that one...but I think I have to now. Nancy Drew plus Japan equals awesomeness!

Oh it is! And they have robotic cats too. Sounds weird, but it's actually kinda cute. ^-^ I love how they FINALLY made a Japanese one. I've been waiting for that to happen. Be warned though: lots of sudoku and number puzzles... that part of the game nearly had me at my wits' end. Thank goodness for online spoilers. ^-^

Heh! ^-^ Yeah, if I was handed a sudoku and told to do it or die, I would try as hard as I could...and then die.

Ahahaha! Awesome ;D Yeah, I don't think I'd make it either. I would try my hardest...but I don't think I'd get very far at all Better make sure I never end up in that situation then huh.

Yep, we'd both be dead. ^-^ But then we could laugh for eternity and always have a great joke to tell about how we died.

Ah, I feel much loved! ^-^ This reminds me of a joke, dare I tell it? A man comes home early from work one day and sees another man's car in the driveway. After realizing his wife has been cheating on him, he scours the house, searching high and low for this other man in closets, under the bed and even the bathroom, but he can't find him anywhere. During his search, the man trips down the stairs and dies. When he goes up to heaven, he strikes up a conversation with another man there. The man asks him, "So how did you die?" The husband answers, "I tripped over the stairs and died while I was looking for my wife's lover. And you?" The second man replies, "Well, I died waiting in some guy's refrigerator."

AHAHAHA! Oh man ;D I love it! You know...the funny thing about all this is I love to watch Investigation Discovery on TV. You know; all those shows about what real police and detectives do to catch real criminals? I'm not talking CSI Miami but the real stuff. If I didn't study graphic design I would have totally been tempted to study forensics or something like that. I love watching how detectives and forensic scientists use clues to catch dangerous people! I try to take the clues given to me and analyze them (and the criminal) to figure out who did it before the show tells me ^-^

I watched a LOT of mysteries growing up, BBC specials and stuff. The complete series of Sherlock Holmes, Miss Marple, Poriot, etc. Lots and lots of dead bodies and stolen jewelry, missing persons and lots of figuring out stuff. I'm not one for forensic science, but it is a fascinating subject. My grandma used to watch all these CSI and modern murder cop shows before she died, and I was taking care of her then, so it really shook me up inside. I hate dramatization crap about murder and crime. It feels so ridiculous. The real goings-on behind forensic science is what I respect. So go you! ^-^ It is fun trying to figure out the mysteries. Maybe that's why we both like Nancy Drew games too ^-^

I agree with you about the drama stuff. It never really shows what a detective or forensic scientist has to go through to figure something out. I really respect those guys because the safty of many people usually rides on them. It is extremely important that they are thorough.
I like to learn all the tricks they do to catch the bad guys and solve the mystery xD Yup...maybe that is what draws us to Nancy Drew.

Yay for Nancy Drew. ^-^ Ooh, have you ever played Okami for the Wii? You use the Wii remote as an art brush and "paint" on the screen for your powers and to create things in the world. It's pretty dang cool. And the plot is good too. It's all about Japanese mythology; and since your game is dealing with Japanese mythology too, you might find it interesting. ^-^ The Japanese were really good at making interesting myths...
